At Penson Creative, we understand that schedules can change. That said, short-notice cancellations directly affect our availability and ability to take on other work. To ensure fairness for all clients and our team, the following cancellation policy applies.

Notice Requirement

To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 business hours notice prior to the scheduled booking. Notice must be provided via email or phone.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made within 24 business hours of the scheduled booking: $50.00

  • Cancellations made on arrival or after our team has attended the property: $70.00

This includes situations where the property is not ready for photography, access is unavailable, or the tenant/vendor is unaware or unprepared.

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy

When a booking is made with Penson Creative, a dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for that client. Late cancellations often leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled on short notice, resulting in lost business and operational disruption.

While we appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we ask clients to provide as much notice as possible. This policy helps protect our time, ensure consistency and allow us to continue delivering reliable service to all clients.
